BRAEBURN
Braeburn is New Zealand’s biggest volume apple variety. They have a semi-sweet flavor with a juicy, crisp white flesh. They also tend to have a bold, red stripe on a partially orangey-red background. Braeburn apples also have excellent storage qualities.

ROYAL GALA
After the Braeburn variety of apples, the Royal Gala variety is New Zealand’s second largest volume variety. Significant features of the Royal Gala apple include the bright red stripe over a creamy background. It also has a sweet, crisp flavour.

The Pacific Rose was developed in New Zealand and is a cross of a Gala and Splendour. It has a very unique rose pink skin colour. They are medium to large in size, with a rich, sweet flavour and crisp juicy flesh.
